Конституцiя Суспiльного Спiвжиття
Преамбула
Ми, громадяни, свідомі своєї вiдповiдальностi перед Богом, один перед одним i перед майбутнiми поколiннями, проголошуємо цю Конституцiю як основний закон, який забезпечує свободу, справедливiсть i порядок, грунтуючись на 10 бiблiйних заповiдях та невiд'ємних правах кожної людини.
Chapter I: Foundational Principles / Основнi принципи
Article 1: Basis of Law
This Constitution is founded upon the Ten Commandments as moral guidance and the recognition of human dignity.
Each citizen, as the primary constituent, holds sovereignty and delegates specific powers to the government.
Article 2: Individual Rights and Responsibilities
Every individual is entitled to life, liberty, and private property.
Citizens bear responsibility for upholding societal harmony and moral values.
Article 3: The Principle of Private Property
Ownership is recognized by existence, creation, or transformation through individual initiative.
The right to private property shall not be infringed except by due process of law.
Chapter II: Structure of Government / Структура влади
Article 4: Legislative Power
Legislative authority is vested in the Assembly of Representatives, elected by citizens.
Laws shall align with the moral foundations of the Ten Commandments and uphold justice.
Article 5: Executive Power
Executive authority is exercised by the President and their Cabinet, tasked with implementing laws.
The President is accountable to the Assembly and the people.
Article 6: Judicial Power
Judicial authority is independent and ensures fair application of laws.
Courts must base rulings on justice, moral principles, and the Constitution.
Chapter III: Citizen Participation / Участь громадян
Article 7: Civic Engagement
Citizens have the right and duty to participate in governance.
Referenda may be initiated on matters of national importance.
Article 8: Accountability of Officials
Government officials are servants of the people and are accountable for their actions.
Corruption is a severe violation, subject to strict penalties.
Chapter IV: Rights and Freedoms / Права та свободи
Article 9: Freedom of Religion
All citizens have the right to practice their faith, provided it respects public order.
Article 10: Protection of Family
The family is the cornerstone of society and shall be protected by the state.
Article 11: Equality Under the Law
All individuals are equal before the law, regardless of race, gender, or creed.
Chapter V: Final Provisions / Прикінцеві положення
Article 12: Amendments
Amendments to this Constitution may be proposed by the Assembly or citizens through a referendum.
Any amendment must respect the foundational principles outlined in this document.
Article 13: Supremacy of the Constitution
This Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
Any law or act contradicting this Constitution is null and void.
Article 14: Implementation
This Constitution takes effect upon ratification by the majority of citizens.
Transitional provisions will be established to ensure smooth implementation.
